Koghb Art Shool will hold its symposium in memory of Ruzanna Nasibyan in 2012.

Ruzanna was good friend, insightful adviser, good company, excellent pedagogue and journalist. She had a rich working experience and was highly esteemed among her colleagues for her professionalism and personal traits. During the last year she became one of best friends of our School. Her participation in plein-air painting session in 2011 was invaluable: her discussions with schoolchildren and artists provided lots of useful information and knowledge. She wrote her last article on that memorable event and dedicated it to her younger friends. Thank you, dear Ruzanna!

July 15-August 15
For 8 years, Koghb Art School has organized month-long symposiums for its teachers, students, and other painters from all parts of Armenia. Every day of the symposium is full of creative activities. Art lessons and discussions are be organized. Very often famous painters and artists visit the symposium, and their visits excite the participants. Throughout the month many campaigns for cleaning and preserving the environment are otganized. The symposium is concluded with an open-air exhibition of works produced by the participants. The artists and other interested persons are very welcome to our symposium!
