Nikol Aghababyan

Nikol Aghababyan was born in Koghb in 1964. He graduated from the Yerevan Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Art(Painting) in 1986. He has been a member of the Armenian Painter’s Union since 1992. He has had many exhibitions in Koghb, Noyemberyan, Ijevan, Yerevan, Nagorno-Karabakh, Syria, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Germany, Italy, France, and the United States.

Karapet Ghulijanyan

Karapet Ghulijanyan was born in 1957 in Koghb. After finishing school, he studied as a painter at Terlemezyan’s Academy (from 1974-1978). He has had many exhibitions in Armenia, Volsk, Gelenjik, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, and in Volgograd. In 2001, he founded the Koghb Art School where he is now the director and a teacher.

Arto Yaralyan

Arto Yaralyan was born in 1941 in Koghb. At the age of 14 he entered the sculpture department of the Yerevan Art College named of Terlemezyan. Graduated from Design Academy of Arts of Armenia (Yerevan). Arto Yaralyan worked in various genres: his sculptures can be seen in Karabakh, Yerevan, the artist's works adorn the interiors of the biggest cafes and restaurants in the capital of Armenia, 15 years served as a chief artist of the newspaper "Soviet Armenia", and later has worked as the director of the art school in Echmiadzin, but greatest fame brought Arto Yaralyan his paintings and drawings. Since 1990, the artist devoted himself to these areas of fine art.

For 15 years, he served as the chief artist for the newspaper Soviet Armenia and later worked as the director of the art school in Echmiadzin. He is most famous though for his drawings and paintings. Since 1990, the artist has devoted himself to painting and drawing exclusively. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Armenia (as a painter) and a member of the Union of Journalists.

Abovyan Levon

He was born September 1st 1948. From 1970-1974 he studied as a painter at Terlemezyan’s academy(from 1974-1980) - Academy of Arts in Yerevan. He has participated in symposiums and exhibitions and created a lot of monuments and sculptures.
